New Dawn

Here's the promised colored version of this picture. [link] I usually render my backgrounds, but this one seemed to demand that I draw it myself, even if I cheated a little on the waves and used a photo. Also, I used a brand new coloring technique for this one, so feedback would be very, very appreciated.
